    On July 4, 2022, there will be a new exam for the Juniper Networks Certified Expert, Data Center (JNCIE-DC) certification. The JPR-980 exam will end of life (EOL) on July 3, 2022. Candidates currently preparing for the JPR-980 exam should plan to take it prior to the EOL date.

    This change reflects an update to the exam. Detailed exam information for the new Data Center, Expert (JPR-981) exam can be found here.

    We are seeking beta exam candidates for the new JPR-981 exam. Beta exams are intended to help us maintain the highest quality of standards for our exams. The JNCIE-DC beta exams will be delivered during all scheduled lab exam events through May 2022. Click here to view the complete lab exam schedule.

    Please review the following Important information regarding beta deliveries.
    • Exam seats are discounted by 50%
    • Limit one beta exam attempt per person​
    • ​All candidates must meet prerequisite requirements
    • Candidates taking a beta exam are provided with an additional 30 minutes of exam time to complete the feedback form included with the exam papers
      • The feedback form includes an area for candidates to provide any comments or feedback for each item on the exam
      • Failure to complete the feedback form during a beta exam will result in an automatic fail
    • Results are available in CertMetrics within 4-6 weeks​
    • Results are provided as pass/fail only
    • Candidates who pass a beta exam are given credit toward the applicable certification ​
    • ​Beta exams are not eligible for results evaluation
