    Hello ,

I need a support to resolve packet loss issue with an AWS instance  BGP over IPSEC setup.

On my end  is SRX 5800 , other end is AWS instances

The set up was BGP over IPSEC setup.

    Here is the problem statement

Packet loss on the primary secure tunnel IP which we use to form the BGP peer .

Attached is my script and  some ping test

First test to the st0.17  interface with packet loss

    ping 169.254.170.121 source 169.254.170.122 routing-instance internet-vr rapid count 20
    PING 169.254.170.121 (169.254.170.121): 56 data bytes
    .....!........!....!
    --- 169.254.170.121 ping statistics ---
20 packets transmitted, 3 packets received, 85% packet loss
    round-trip min/avg/max/stddev = 186.038/186.368/186.593/0.239 ms

Second ping test to the st0.18

     ping 169.254.13.49 source 169.254.13.50 routing-instance internet-vr rapid count 20
    PING 169.254.13.49 (169.254.13.49): 56 data bytes
    !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
    --- 169.254.13.49 ping statistics ---
20 packets transmitted, 20 packets received, 0% packet loss
    round-trip min/avg/max/stddev = 181.280/182.643/184.835/0.675 ms
