Recently, we have encountered an issue with the FPC 4 MS-MPC-128G on the Juniper MX960 router.
This card is hanging lately and after restarting the card everything is fine, We are unable to locate the source of this problem and would like to seek your help in resolving this issue.
So in our case we need to know if the warranty is still available on this equipment and this card ?
