Recently, we have encountered an issue with the FPC 4 MS-MPC-128G on the Juniper MX960 router. This card is hanging lately and after restarting the card everything is fine, We are unable to locate the source of this problem and would like to seek your help in resolving this issue.
what do you mean by "hanging" ? are any of the (4) pics going down ? are you seeing CPU zone change into YELLOW or RED?how are you restarting the card? physically pulling it out? or "request chassis fpc slot# offline | online | restart"
