    How to set IRB in ospf ?
    anybody has this command ?

    OSPF interfaces are added under the area desired.

    set protocols ospf area 0 interface irb.0

    And on SRX devices you need to allow OSPF protocol on the zone as well

    set security zones security-zone Trust host-inbound-traffic protocols ospf
