From the loader prompt you can try the format install process outlined in this kb article.

Subject: EX2300 Loader Prompt
I seem to have messed up an EX2300 switch while trying to factory default it. I zeroized it instead, and not when it reboots it goes to the loader prompt.
I can modify the currdev variable and get the switch to boot into the OS, but when it reboots that change does not stay.
I cannot seem to modify the loaddev variable to set it to the correct partition.
Does anyone know how I could get this to stick?
