    Hello

    I have a problem with the display of optical ports on the EX2300-48T with the "show interface terse" command. "Show chassis hardware" shows SFP, but "show interface terse" does not show xe-0/1/x or ge-0/1/x.
    "Show virtual chassis vc-port" does not show any ports.
    Why I cannot see those ports in "show interface terse"?​

    What is the interface configuration for the ports?

    The sfp will show up in hardware as soon as inserted but interfaces require the configuration be present as well for these dual possible ports.

    Thanks for help. Problem was with SFP.  When we plugged in another sfp (other manufacturer), interface showed up in "sh interfaces".
