It looks like i accidentally found a solution for this "problem". I'm not sure why this works but reinstalling the box via tftp method seems to fix it. When reinstalling it looks like it's necessary to have a working config (not the default one) on the device which will be automatically restored after reinstalling.
This first happens to me while experimenting with a SRX300. While experimenting i broke some things and needed to have the box reinstalled. After that the message was gone. However, I did not think anything at first. But Yesterday i had to reinstall a SRX320 which also got this annoying message. The msg is now gone.
This can't be a coincident. Maybe someone can verify this?

I experienced the same issue. I opened a case with JTAC and was told the messages may be ignored and can be filtered out.

I have another log file entry that is repeating. I suppose I can filter it but would rather correct the root problem:
ipfd[2039]: LIBJSNMP_NS_LOG_WARNING: WARNING: Warning: Failed to connect to the agentx master agent (/var/agentx/master): Unknown host (/var/agentx/master) (No such file or directory)
The platform is SRX300. I have multiple units all reporting the same log message.
I found the problem report attached on Juniper.Net.
