I have an 2 EX3400 set up in a VC on a site connected to our ISP's MPLS Cisco Router, they share 3 vlans on a trunk interface (layer 3) with a link-net, each of thees VLANS is connected to a separate routing-instance (VR) and share routes based of OSPF exports.
After uppgrading from 2 EX3300 i'm not recieving any ARPs on this interface, not on the RJ-45 SFP Module or 2 different physical network ports in the 0-47 ranges on each switch.
The only difference from this setup and many other like it is that there is currently no license for theese functions (EX-48-EFL) and that hasn't been an issue before. Even if i don't have the license and the functions would somehow not be based on the "honor system" anymore, shouldn't i at least recieve arps?
If i do a traffic monitor i can see that the EX3400 is sending "who-has" wondering who has the IP (10.99.92.97 - Cisco router), please tell 10.99.92.102 (EX3400).
I'l send some configuration along on the interfaces, VR's and vlan configuration:
