    Dear Juniper Customers,

If you have experience with Juniper Networks Contrail Service Orchestration (CSO), I would like to invite you to participate in a Contrail Service Orchestration 5.1 design review.

CSO 5.1 is Juniper Networks’ SD-WAN Orchestration, Management, and Controller. CSO simplifies and automates the design and implementation of custom network services, using an open framework that also delivers complete service life cycle management. CSO enhances the current SD-WAN with full mesh network topology, local break-out, network segmentation, Customer Premises Equipment (CPE) multihoming, CPE redundancy, and Security Management enhancements including UTM, User FW, and Firewall and NAT policy management. Juniper’s SD-WAN solution supports granular application SLA performance monitoring and application routing on multiple WAN interfaces and broadband connections.

During this design review, you will have the opportunity to provide recommendations on the CSO 5.1 SD-WAN Policy workflow design, and to further improve the efficiency and usefulness of this design.

More specifically, during this CSO design review you will review the following workflow designs:

    1. Enable an SD-WAN Policyrule
    2. Edit a rule
    3. Add a rule
    4. Add an SLA Based Steering Profile
    5. Add a Path Based Steering Profile

This is an unmoderated 30 minute design review that you will complete on your own, using a link that I will provide, and a Juniper Networks researcher will not be present.

It is recommended that you use the Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox browser. The Windows Internet Explorer browser is not supported by UserZoom, the test platform.

You will be asked to download a browser extension, which is required to record your responses. You will have the option to uninstall the browser extension once you complete the design review.

You will also be asked to talk-out-loud into your computer microphone during the design review, so your verbal feedback can be recorded.

To thank you for your technical feedback, you will be given a $50 Amazon.com gift card if you are eligible to receive a gift according to your organization’s gift policy for participating in Juniper Networks’ design reviews.

The link that will be provided to you will be active through March 24, 2019.

Please send me an email if you are interested in participating in the Contrail Service Orchestration SD-WAN Policy design review.
