Hi,
We are having an issue where the hit counter on our security policies is not working. We've setup a custom profile for the entire device and its policies, however after a few days, the hit counters are still showing "N/A". I am attaching images of the Profile and the Firewall Policy showing that the correct profile is enabled.:
We would like to be able to see the hit counter values in order to determine if any rules are not being used, which will ease our policy management.
Any help would be appreciated.
