    I have a virtual chassis configured with two REs and 4 Line cards.   I am currently able to login to the RE but not able two enter the CLI.  When I attempt to enter the CLI  I get a segmentation fault (core dumped) message.  Any ideas?   My guess is that I will need to power down the master RE and hope that the backup RE is OK.

    You could try changing  mastership priority  to force the switchover.
