From all of us at the Juniper Networks Innovators Circle, we would like to share our sincere gratitude for all your contributions this year! You have helped shape many areas of Juniper (e.g., naming new products, providing feedback on potential new products, testing out new features and functions of Juniper's website, etc.), and therefore, you are a key part of Juniper's ongoing success.
As the year comes to a close, we wanted to take a minute to share just a few ways our community has positively impacted Juniper. Here are a few examples of how our community impacted Juniper this year:
- Data Centers – Earlier this year, Juniper Networks acquired Apstra. To make sure Apstra was being integrated correctly and was used to its fullest potential, Juniper leadership asked the Innovators Circle some questions around your current data center setup. The feedback provided from this survey was shared with the technical team involved with the integration and they were able to ensure the transition went as smooth as possible.
- Junos OS – As some of you might be aware of Junos OS and Junos OS EVO use similar products, however, when it was first launched many mentioned confusion on differentiating the two. With the communities help, we conducted a two-phase activity where selected members were walked through the documents relating to both and pointed out where the confusion came from. Thanks to all the valuable feedback presented to Juniper Networks, they were able to completely redesign the documentation to help differentiate the two.
- Juniper.net Website Redesign – Back in August, Juniper Networks created some design changes to their website and needed help understanding how it was received. With the Innovators Circle's help, we were able to provide them some potential areas to improve while also sharing out what worked well.
Thanks again for your ongoing collaboration. Your feedback continues to improve Juniper for the better. Happy Holidays! Enjoy the December holidays and we look forward to continuing to partner with you now and in 2022.
