I have registered a normal account with my company email.
I want to register a partner account with the email. I cannot find how to switch the account to partner or delete the account

You need to contact Juniper Customer care who can help you change your account type - you need to provide your partner authorization code to proof that you are eligible for partner access.
If your current account type is end-user you can create a case via my.juniper.net. If it's a guest type, you need to call customer care to have them create the case.
