Happy New Year! I think you are saying that your records are incorrect in CertManager. If this is so, please contact the Certification Team at certification@juniper.net and ask for a reconciliation. Last Fall, the ceritification team upgraded CertManager, so maybe your certification records were impacted with the upgrade. Staci Robinson, who used to work for me, manages the certification alias, so please let her know that I asked you to contact her.
