Ingenious Champions

  • 1.  Cert Manager records are wrong

    Trying to figure out what I need to retake for my Ingenious Champion level and while doing so I poked around the Cert Manager records and compared them to my Learning Portal records. They do not match. Cert Manager is missing valid credentials for JNICS  and JNCI level status for me. 

     

    How do I rectify this?

    Hi Kevin!

     

    Happy New Year! I think you are saying that your records are incorrect in CertManager. If this is so, please contact the Certification Team at certification@juniper.net and ask for a reconciliation. Last Fall, the ceritification team upgraded CertManager, so maybe your certification records were impacted with the upgrade. Staci Robinson, who used to work for me, manages the certification alias, so please let her know that I asked you to contact her.
