Hi,
we had the same problem in the past.
We had fixed it with upgrade to Junos: 20.4R3.8.

Do you have any alarms that might give more information?
show chassis alarms
show system alarms

Are you sure it's installed in the chassis fully? Does it work while plugged into slot PEM1?

Hello,
We are getting strange output of command when we execute wo commands for chassis hardware.
Model: mx204
Junos: 20.3R1.8
When we run #run show chassis hardware
PEM 1 REV xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx JPSU-650W-AC-AO
run show chassis environment
Power PEM 0 Absent
PEM 1 OK 31 degrees C / 87 degrees F
But both PSU are plugged in and showing green active light.
Any idea why Mx204 not showing both psu active?
Thanks
