    Hello,

    I am looking to configure some EX2300 switching using VC and was wondering if the 10gb uplink ports can be used in a mixed fashion with some configured for VC and others as normal ports?

    Hi Chris,

    yes you can use some ports voor VC and others as uplink. Commonly two as VC and two as uplink. You have to  use this command to make a port a VC port: request virtual-chassis vc-port | Juniper Networks . Please remember two thing about EX2300's and VC ports: 
    - A maximum of four members is supported
    -A license is required
