We are getting CRC/Align Framing errors: errors on interface. Changed the optics and port but problem still persist.
Input errors:
Errors: 49331, Drops: 0, Framing errors: 47011, Runts: 0, Policed discards: 0, L3 incompletes: 2320, L2 channel errors: 0, L2 mismatch timeouts: 0, FIFO errors: 0,
Resource errors: 0
Output errors:
Carrier transitions: 11, Errors: 0, Drops: 0, Collisions: 0, Aged packets: 0, FIFO errors: 0, HS link CRC errors: 0, MTU errors: 0, Resource errors: 0
Bit errors 13
CRC/Align errors 47011 0
FIFO errors 0 0
Total errors 47011 0

Could it be issue with bad patch cable connected on other side?

Yes, the crc will occur because some physical element in the patch is a problem.  And it could be on either side device that that the link shares.

Seems like you have eliminated this side physical elements.
