You can download the troubleshooting log file from the Junos Space UI (in server mode or maintenance mode) or from the Junos Space CLI. The troubleshooting log file is downloaded as a ZIP file in server mode and maintenance mode, and as a tar file in CLI mode.
The troubleshooting log file contains the log files generated by different software components of Junos Space and service provisioning data files. For more information, see:
