Q: What is the Juniper Ambassador program?

A: The program was created as a vehicle to tap into Juniper’s community of top-level online advocates by providing opportunities for collaboration and further engagement. The Ambassador team is made up of an exclusive group of global Juniper community members who best represent the values, knowledge, and creativity of Juniper Networks. Ambassadors are highly active and knowledgeable community members who voluntarily share their real-world technical expertise, passion, and opinions about Juniper technologies through Elevate, blogging, book writing and via their social properties.  


Q: What are the benefits of being in the program?

A: In addition to the public recognition of being an official ambassador of the company, members are granted early and exclusive access to products and special events, ongoing engagement with Juniper staff and experts, participation in beta testing and product feedback opportunities.


Q: How do I become a Juniper Ambassador?
A: Members of the program are nominated by their fellow Ambassadors
and are based upon activity/participation in various communities, whether it is Elevate, LinkedInTwitter, Slack or other social properties.

They look for the following characteristics:

  • Current Juniper users
  • Those who voluntarily share their real-world technical expertise, passion, and opinions externally about Juniper technologies through Elevate, Twitter, LinkedIn, Slack, blogging, and other Juniper social properties
  • Active on Elevate Community forums
  • Above-average knowledge about Juniper products
  • Proactive and honest about their use of and interactions with Juniper
  • Insightful in their feedback on Juniper products
