Choosing an On-Box Solution
Whew. So which one?
“It does not take much strength to do things, but it requires a great deal of strength to decide what to do.” --Elbert Hubbard
Hopefully by this point you have a much better idea of the following:
- What your options are for storing/reading/updating data locally on your JUNOS devices from your JUNOS automation, and
- Which option is the “best fit” for your particular requirements
If you’re still unclear on what your next steps should be, then please ask on the Junos Automation Forum.
As I said at the beginning, this article is intended to get you pointed in the right direction. We’ll be following up with more specific “how-to” articles. Your input will help us decide how to prioritize, so please speak up.
