I have an interface on EX3300 configured as an access port on vlan B however the device connected to that interface is still getting ip address via DHCP server on VLAN A.

    Switch configured for VLAN B
set interfaces ge-1/0/40 unit 0 family ethernet-switching vlan members B

Device connected to the interface still getting IP address from VLAN A
    show ethernet-switching table |match XX:XX:XX:XX:XX:XX
    A               XX:XX:XX:XX:XX:XX Learn         ge-1/0/40.0

I cleared arp entries, deactivated and re-activated the interface but still the issue persists.

What is the full configuration for interface ge-1/0/40
show configuration | display set | match ge-1/0/40

Do any vlans have all interfaces assigned
show configuration vlans | display set | match all

Upgraded the switch last night and that seems to have solved the problem. The switch was displaying "booted from backup junos" but all partitions had same firmware version on them.
