We have MX204 Router and we have recently purchased QFX 5110 as a core. How efficiently can we configure with the combinations so that this core can utilise all layer-3 features and can transmit traffic easily to Nokia OLTs?

Assuming you will be running the MX as your BNG (Broadband Network Gateway) for the downstream subscribers there are a few options.

First you choose if you will be running vlan per subscriber or per service.
Choose your layer 2 transport mechanism and transport
Assign the dhcp and subscriber db RADIUS connections

This is the master example documentation showing the options with the Juniper side configuration details.
