    Hello Everyone,

I have  received juniper EX4300-48T with Junos version 14.1X53-D46.7, and i would like to upgrade them to a recent Junos version releases. Can anyone advice/recommend which one would be best practice to use. I do know if want to upgrade them to a recent release, first i need to use the between  releases 15.1 or 16.1 to be able to upgrade to new one. So far is recommended upgrading to Junos 20.2R3-S2 or Latest Service Release / 20.4R3 or Latest Service Release.

    Regards,
    Sul

Latest 18.4 service release or 20.2R3-S2 are most stable. If it's a new switch that you don't care about the config, it's fastest to just do a format install from the boot loader.
