Hello,
We're using JunOS subscriber management on JunOS version 18.4R3.3.
We came accross an end customer case where the PPPoE session keeps establishing and reconnecting.
The log out reason the authd log gives us is the following: "Feb 24 10:22:33.391021 UserAccess:
customer@domain.nl session-id:3707687 state:log-out ae0.demux0.11:11 reason: ppp lcp-peer-renegotiate-rx-conf-req"
I cannot find anything that explains exactly what could cause this.
I assume that the end customer's modem keeps sending LCP packets to renegotiate PPP link parameters.
Is this correct? And is this something I can fix on my end?
I have added the complete process matching on the PPPoE username below my post.
Greetings,
beeelzebub
