I have juniper EX3300 OS 12.3R6.6 , this message appears repeatedly in log messages: kernel: tcp_timer_keep: Dropping socket connection due to keepalive timer expiration,
so , What is the reason for this message to appear? and how to stop it?

There is a PR (problem report, Junos bug database) for this issue on the QFX but does not list the EX so it seems it was not reported there.  The description notes the message is harmless and can be ignored.

You could try upgrading to one of the version noted in the PR and see if it also solves your issue.  This is likely true.

Since the messages can be ignored, your other options is to configure a log suppression rule so they stop getting written to the log.
