    There is one thing I want to make sure of when buying an EX4300-48MP, does it come with a uplink modules As shown in Hardware Guide?

    There are multiple modules available for that slot.  Your reseller can bundle the switches without any module or with the particular one you need for your application.

    They can also be added on at a later date with hot swap addition.

     Yes, I checked Hardware guide, it comes with four built-in QSFP+ ports in back Rear .

    The four built-in QSFP+ ports cannot be used as uplink or revenue ports. They can only be used as virtual chassis ports.

    So, in this case, we will not be able to use QFX-QSFP-DAC-3M (passive)  unless we add uplink module EX-UM-2QSFP-MR
