What should I do if the screen is blank in dashboard view?
It is possible to have an empty screen in Dashboard View. Dashboard View displays all Network Director charts that you selected. When a product is new, no charts are selected. It is also possible to close all of the charts by clicking the X in each one.
To see charts in Dashboard View, click Add Widgets and select any or all charts.
To change views, click the Views list in the Network Director Banner, and then select a different view.
