• AI-Scripts installed on Juniper Networks devices detect events or intelligence information.
• AI-Scripts analyze event and intelligence information.
• AI-Scripts package a JMB and stores it in the /var/tmp directory of the device.
• Service Now collects the JMB from the device and creates an incident. If an auto submit policy is configured for an event, Service Now submits the JMB to JSS for resolution of the event.
