    Hello,

I am having eve-ng running on windows 10 using VMware workstation Pro.
I connect 2 vQFXs (17.4R1.16 limited)  together using xe-0/0/0  and give it IPv4 address, the topology is as simple as that
When I try to ping, sometimes the ARP is learned in each switch but the icmp doesnt work and other times even the ARP doesn't pass in the link
When I check the interface details, I see its dropping all queued packets

    What I have tried already:
    Different VM player
    Different host machine/server
    different QEMU versions
    rebooting nodes, VMs  and servers

    Thanks,

I've spoken with a number of people regarding vQFX and from what I've gathered there are known issues with a buggy data plane on it.

OK My experiance is , it seems to need a lot of power to run,  I find often the FP and CP disconnected , I run on Bare Metal eve on a pretty powerfull server 256gig ram and lots of CPUS. have you seen Junipers vLABs they have QFX in there of if you want to try out .

Its a shame you are anonymous :-(
