EX3300 log filled with SNMP_TRAP_LNK_DOWN

    I have an EX3300 that has its log rapidly filling with these messages for the same interface, as quickly as 6 seconds apart. There is no entry for the interface coming up in between the link down entries. Has anybody experienced this or know what might be causing it? It makes viewing the logs difficult as there is so many of these entries between any logs of interest.
