For personal status inquiries on your certifications use email instead of public post requests.Send the relevant detailed information to certification@ juniper.net
One of the big things to confirm is that the email address you used to register on the Juniper cert manager site is the same one you used when registering for the exam itself at Pearson Vue. This is how the scores are pulled into cert manager after they are finished.------------------------------

Thank you for the previous help you rendered to me when I wrote my JNCIA-JUNOS exam.
I passed my JNCIS-SP exam on May 27th, but I have not seen my certificate in my CertManager e-mail account since then.
Please kindly help me to sort this issue out.
