The differences between specific exams are primarily specific question changes which occur after Juniper has detected the questions being leaked to "dump" sites. The main topic list for the certification from the page is what needs to be known for the exam.

I'm not familiar with the CBT site so can't comment on that.
But also note that with Juniper certifications you can't skip levels. So you will NOT get a JNCIS without passing the matching JNCIA first. In this case the JNCIA-Junos exam.
