I'd like to get course materials and use my JTC reward to help pay for the cost. I tried emailing jtc-admins back in July and never got a response. Can I even do this?

Ordering Courseware Using Juniper Training Credits (JTCs):

To order courseware using JTCs, follow these steps:

 Step 1: Access the Education Service Online bookstore at this link: http://www.onfulfillment.com/JuniperTraining/WelcomePublic.aspx?sid=323

 Step 2: Create a list of the books and material you want to purchase and include the price

 Step 3: Email the jtc-admins@juniper.net alias with the following information:

o List of materials and cost from Step 2

o Student name

o Mailing Address Note: P.O. Boxes are not accepted

o Phone number and email address

o JTC code number to use for payment
