Hello Ingenious Champions!
The Q4 2017 Juniper Virtual Tech Summit is scheduled for November 28 - November 30, 2017. Please mark your calendars as we are not using the Adobe Connect calendar in the Adobe system. So do not worry if you cannot see the Q4 Virtual Tech Summit dates in your “My Calendar” tab in the Adobe Connect system. With that said, if you'd like to have a reminder, we strongly recommend that you manually mark it in your calendar and include the link and instructions seen below.
Below, find the log in instructions and the contents of the event. As always, if you are not able to attend the summit, the presentations will be made available on the Ingenious Champion homepage of SalesCentral shortly after the event.
To minimize security problems and prevent Summit URL links being spread outside the community, we have implemented a new system for attending Virtual Tech Summit sessions. You have all been pre-approved and should have received an email from AdobeConnect. If you haven’t, and checked your spam folder, send an email to ssleonard@juniper.net and we will investigate.
Once you have that received a notification from Adobe Connect (admin@adobeconnect.com) with the subject "Adobe Connect - Your Account Information." Once you receive the notification, please follow the instructions below.
- In the email, you will find your username and password to log into the session. Your username is your current partner email address.
- Click on the button, "Explore Adobe Connect."
- Once you are taken to the Juniper / Adobe Connect landing page, enter your username and password.
- You will then be prompted to create a new password.
- After you have created your new password, you will be taken into the Adobe Connect portal where you can click on "Open" which will take you to the Q2 Virtual Tech Summit sessions. (See image below.)
Note that with this new, temporary system you will not need to register for the upcoming sessions. As a valued Juniper Champion community member, you will be automatically authorized.
On the day of the events, use the following URL and instructions. When you get to the Q4 VTS landing page, select "Enter with your login and password" and enter the partner email address you registered with and the new password you created. (See image below.)
