Hi Juniper team,

 

 

I'm check on reward aspiring, innovative & ingenious for 2019 but it already disssapear? Can someone check is it this reward not give anymore?

Juniper was NOT able to count the amount of Champions and the amounts of books and vouchers needed.

 

Therefore you have to wait for Q2 and hope that hen they will have sufficient  of them.

 

However the recertification grace period end with end os Q1 so no possibility to use the vouchers for that recertification in time.

Like end of last year they has notify in the jpartner account but I just check and there is no notification said it will come back on Q2... ..

Due to resounding participation in the Champion Program by our partner SEs this year, we have received an unprecedented number of requests for Juniper Training Credits (JTCs) for the quarter and have exhausted our Q1 allocation. We are excited about the number of these requests, and will resume fulfilling JTCs again in Q2. We appreciate your interest and dedication to this program and look forward to your continued participation in Q2.

this is written on the page where you nromally could access the rewards, some days ago the same message was there regarding book and vouchers as well
