Hi Brett, was this a question on the purpose of that field?

The "BFD DSCP Settings" value lets you configure the DSCP marking that 128T will apply to outbound BFD it uses for peer reachability and peer path health. By default, the 128T will set the DSCP value to 0.

On MPLS circuits, or on other paths where DSCP/QoS marks are honored, this lets you use BFD to more accurately measure a specific class of service queue between the 128T and its peer.
