  • 1.  Password recovery

    Hi Guys, i'm new to Juniper so please assume i know nothing

    I'm trying to clear a pasword on A MX480 with A RE-S-1300 , it fails its system check so i'm unable to boot to single user mode

    anyone able to help?

    I would start by selecting the shell option and running the recommended fsck command, then try booting again.
