Is it possible for the following two IPs to belong to two customers ?

2001:100:2::1 and 2001:100:2::3

is it possible to share use case?

Because usally ipv4 address with prefix length of /32 assigned to modem. But ipv6 assigned /60 or /56 as recommended by broadband forum.

In order to allow routing in the home network, the Broadband Forum suggests a size for the delegated prefix of least a /60 for home network or SOHO environments with a recommended prefix length of /56. The delegated prefix may be extended to a /48 for larger organization

Not sure if I am allowed to post use case here as I am taking a Juniper Training and working on lab.
