    HI community,

Today I received an update to my Junos Genius on Android, after that my session was logout and when I am trying to access again I am unable to do it, the error message is invalid username or password. So I tried to make a password recovery procedure but it shows that is an invalid email ID. I was using the app normally the last weekend.

Before you can use the app on your mobile device, you need to create an account here: https://cloud.contentraven.com/junosgenius/login

The new Junos Genius app is no longer completely free, though. I had a brief look through the freely available demo content, and I have to confess I don't really feel convinced I should fork over $200 for a 6 month subscription or $250 for a yearly one. For example, the demo practice tests for JNCIA and JNCIS were ripped right out of the old app, without even the answer order changed.

We will soon formally announce the release of the new Junos Genius platform. Existing Junos Genius users will be receiving emails (possibly as soon as this evening) that contain information about the expanded platform.

For the purposes of this thread as another member noted, all users, even existing users, must create an account at http://www.junosgenius.net before they can use the updated app. A new account is needed because the updated app runs in an entirely environment--those same credentials are used to log in to the app.

Once you create a Junos Genius account at http://www.junosgenius.net, you will receive access to the new Web platform as well as the redesigned mobile app. You will also receive access to select Juniper Networks Certification Program (JNCP) associate and specialist-level certification practice tests; hardware overview and deployment courses that provide an overview of Juniper hardware platforms and procedures to install and maintain them; and 80 Learning Bytes videos that provide short and concise tips and instructions on specific features and function of Juniper technologies.

If you choose to upgrade to a Junos Genius Plus subscription, then you will receive access to over 80 additional Learning Bytes and practice exams to further prepare you to take higher-level Juniper certifications. New content will be constantly added to both the Basic (free) and Plus (paid) subscriptions.

    Regards,

    JNCP Team

I just wasted half an hour taking a practice test, only to be shown a blank page when my results were supposed to be presented. On top of this, the new site is painfully slow.

I am not impressed so far.

The previous version of Junos Genius was awesome, It would be great if new features were adapted to former functionalites. I have to get used to the App and maybe later I could make a complete review of the new version.

Do you know if someday it would have a Junos Genius version for partners?

    Regards,
