There are a few ways to receritfy your current JNCIA level certifications. One of which is to take and pass another JNCIA level exam in a different track, this will renew all other active JNCIA level certification. The associate level is currently the only level that this behavior applies too.
"All Associate-level certifications are eligible for cross-track recertification. Earning a new or recertifying any certification, also recertifies all Associate-level certifications that are currently in the active status."
