Northstar uses either ISIS or OSPF as a source for link data either directly or via BGP LS.
So for a mixed topology to work all the links that would be used by the LSP need to be in either the ISIS or OSPF database.
And the Link state information imported into Northstar
You sample diagram qualifies.
The danger is to be sure all links near the border of the protocols do have link state information somewhere or they will not be discovered and usable for paths.
