  • 1.  I want to change account type

    Hi,

     

    I have registered a normal account with my company email.

    I want to register a partner account with the email. I cannot find how to switch the account to partner or delete the account

    Can you help me.

    You need to contact Juniper Customer care who can help you change your account type - you need to provide your partner authorization code to proof that you are eligible for partner access.

     

    If your current account type is end-user you can create a case via my.juniper.net. If it's a guest type, you need to call customer care to have them create the case.

    Hello Team,

     

    I have same kind of issue and my base location is India. When I am trying to call to technical team, continously ringing, and sometime busy.

    Could you please assist me with whom I should check my issue?
