When using a forwarding interface for Conductor connectivity from an Edge Node, what is the maximum latency allowed?  We have experienced issues going over high latency satellite links using our SAT/SIM which left an edge node at the status of "Connected" when onboarding the Edge Node. We removed the latency from the SAT/SIM and the node onboarded almost immediately to the "Running" status. Also, after onboarding the Edge Node, we turned the latency back to ~800ms and the Edge node lost connectivity over the forwarding interface to the Conductor again and returned to a "Connected" status. We once again removed the latency and the node returned to the "Running" status.

What causes this timeout? Is this a tunable number? Does is not conform to the standard TCP timeout of 2 seconds? If not why? Has anyone slowly and methodically reduced the latency while onboarding a router to see what the latency threshold is in 128T using forwarding interfaces for conductor communications?
