The use of the word "dumps" is very problematic. Using test dumps is against the candidate agreement for most certification programs (including Juniper) and can get you banned from the cert programs. 

as far as study materials the official Juniper trainings should cover everything you need. There are some 3rd party content providers that also have good content. CBT Nuggets videos have good information and may be helpful.

Can't recall what JN0-664 stands for, but at the time when I was looking for certifications udemy.com did have quite few courses for Juniper.  Usually Udemy courses cheep as chips.
