Hi,
I am using vJunos switches with containerlabs, together with Apstra. Offbox agents are tied to the virtual device management interface MAC addresses. The MACs are newly generated at each lab startup. To keep Apstra happy, I've set the management interface MAC in the config to a fixed address (set interface fxp0 mac xx:xx:xx:xx:xx:xx).
This works with vJunos, but it looks like this is not supported for the re0:mgmt-0 in vJunosEvolved (no "mac" option available) . Right now, i have to perform full off- and onboarding of all EVO devices every time i start up a lab with existing blueprints, which has become very time consuming.
Is there a way to supply used-defined management MACs to vJunosEvolved devices? Or, as an alternative, a way to modify this information in Apstra for already defined agents?
Thank you!
