  • 1.  upgrade os EX4100

    Hello, I want to upgrade my EX4100-48 MP from version 22.3r1-12 to the recommended version 23.4r2-s4. I downloaded the version junos-install-ex-arm-64-23.4R2-S4.11.tgz from the Juniper website and installed it in the Junos Space Network software. But the software tells me that this OS is not compatible with the EX4100, telling me it's intended for M71 platforms, etc. So, is this the right OS for the EX4100?

    Hi Vaisseau

    You probably downloaded the Junos OS Evolved, on download site get the Junos OS Software (Standard)

    name would something like junos-arm-64-23.4R2-S4.11.tgz, anything with nstall-ex avoid.
