Hi everyone,
I'm currently facing an issue with my Juniper exam vouchers and I need some guidance.
I previously received multiple vouchers and am trying to schedule/reschedule my certification exams, but I can't because the vouchers are showing as suspended. When I try to schedule, I see this error:
"The selected appointment cannot be scheduled because the voucher (****3939) associated with my registration is suspended and can no longer be used."

I also reached out to Juniper Training Support, and they asked for the voucher numbers for investigation.
Has anyone experienced this kind of voucher suspension before?

• Is there a known reason vouchers get suspended on the Juniper system?
• Any tips on how to get support or escalate this effectively?
