Some time back, over 200 of you participated in a study about your content preferences when doing product/vendor research. Thank you to all who gave such wonderful insights! Here's a sneak peek into the results:
- 54% of you said that vendor websites are the most important source of getting product/vendor information.
- Customer references matter nearly three times more when you're researching a new vendor as compared to an existing vendor.
- Product demos, datasheets, and solution briefs are your most preferred content formats regardless of whether you're researching a new or existing vendor.
- 16% of you indicated that vendor-led events are among your most important sources for getting product/vendor information. Catch Juniper at these upcoming events.
Our Juniper stakeholder in charge of this project said: "The insights and learnings we gained from the survey are invaluable as we continue to iterate our campaign content strategy to drive demand. They are now informing our content strategy for our global campaigns at Juniper.
