    Hi Innovators,

Can you believe we're almost halfway through the year?! Thank you so much to everyone who has participated actively in our studies!

Today, we'd like to share the findings from our recent Sustainability survey with you. Here's what your peers in the networking industry said:

    • 49% of respondents rated sustainability as an Extremely/Very Important criterion in the vendor selection process.

    • The most important sustainability criterion is Energy efficiency of products, with 79% of respondents indicating it is part of their organization's procurement selection process.

    • The most common measure of sustainability progress is Carbon footprint calculation, with 43% of respondents selecting it.

    • 89% of respondents said a favorable view of a vendor's sustainability efforts will improve their overall impression and desire to do business with vendor
      • 25% of respondents said it will lead to a significant improvement in overall impression and desire to do business with vendor

Here's what the Juniper team in charge of this study had to say:

"We appreciate your engagement in the sustainability survey; your valuable insights will guide us towards driving sustainability at Juniper. Thank you for being the driving force in our collective effort to build a more sustainable world."
–Chris Demers, Juniper's Sustainability Director & Monica Gonzalez, Juniper's Sustainability Manager

Hope everyone has a wonderful rest of June! You are welcome to share any June/July plans you have in the comments section. I'm just hoping to stay cool as the temperatures here in Northern California ramp up!
